You
Log the day in seconds
Weigh in each morning, then tap to confirm the meals from your plan. Ate something else? Photograph the plate or scan a barcode. It takes seconds, not a diary.
You weigh in. You confirm the meals you ate.
Navi reads the trend, not the day.
Your targets move with it, until you reach your Prime.
And Navimum pays you for everyone you bring. How that works
Follow a plan made for you. Watch it work.

You
Weigh in each morning, then tap to confirm the meals from your plan. Ate something else? Photograph the plate or scan a barcode. It takes seconds, not a diary.
Navi
Formulas guess. Navi measures, from what you eat, what your steps say and what the scale does, and corrects itself over the first month.

Together
Your metabolism shifts, progress stalls, life happens. Navi sees it in the trend and moves your targets with it, so you are never left on a number that stopped working.
The Road to your Prime
Most apps hand you a number and leave you with it. Navi hands you the map: every step between today and your Prime, what each one asks of you, and why it is the one that comes next. And it is not set in stone. When your metabolism, your training or your life moves, Navi redraws the road from where you actually are.
Week one
No new plan yet. Navi reads your weigh-ins against what you ate and works out your real calorie maintenance, which no formula on the internet knows.
Your first step
One month at 200 calories from your maintenance, above it for a bulk or below it for a cut, whichever Navi has chosen for where you are.
The steps after
We move on to the next step once the current one stops working or is stalling. Navi reads your trend on every weigh-in, so it catches that the day it happens.
The end of a block
Your Prime is not one diet. It is what is left after a few honest cycles: muscle built in the bulks, fat taken off in the cuts. So every cut has the climb back up already drawn on the road before you start, and nobody is left at the bottom wondering what happens now. Having a clear, simple plan for afterwards is what makes results last. Navi writes it for you.
Bulk, cut, maintenance. In the app, every step opens and tells you exactly what it does.
Three of the screens you will live in. Not a feature list: the things people open the app for.
The map
The road shows the step you are on today, why Navi chose it from your own numbers, and the step waiting after it. Tap any step to see exactly what it asks of you.
The week
Plan the week with food you actually want to eat. Navi calibrates the quantities of every flexible meal so each day lands on your macros and leaves the meals you pinned exactly as you like them. One aisle-ordered shopping list comes out of it, scaled for your whole household.
The training
Choose exercises on a body map, save the routine, and walk in knowing the weight and reps to aim for. Every session is kept, so next time has a number to beat.
Earn while you use it
Share your link. For everyone who subscribes through it, Navimum pays you 20% of what they pay, every month they stay, in cash rather than credit. Five of them active and it covers more than your own subscription.
Rewards begin once you have 5 paying referrals and an active plan of your own. Each payment earns its reward after a 60-day hold, each friend can earn you rewards for up to 36 months, and your monthly total is capped. The app shows exactly where you stand. See the terms for the full detail.
One app, and every feature in it. Whether you are doing this for yourself, or running a roster of clients as a personal trainer.
Everything in the app. No feature is locked behind a higher tier.
For coaches and personal trainers
Your whole roster, on one screen.
Both tiers are free for 14 days and ask for no card. After that the App Store or Google Play shows you the price in your own currency before anything is charged, and the subscription stays yours to manage.
It reads what you actually burn, then automatically adjusts your macro targets and your meal quantities around your own metabolism and how it changes along the way, towards your Prime physique. You log a weight each morning and tap to confirm what you ate. Everything else is Navi's job.
Your Prime is the strongest, leanest version of you that your life can actually sustain. It's not a target weight, a magazine cover or somebody else's routine. It's a balance of muscle, leanness, energy, health and aesthetics, shaped around your body, your lifestyle and what matters to you. A physique you can build without putting your life on hold, and maintain without living in the gym. Your Prime is personal, and the road to it should be too. Whether you change how you train, your routine or your priorities, your journey should adapt with you. Anyone can reach their Prime.
Navi draws your whole road on the first day, so you see the answer before you pay rather than after. Somebody already lean has one bulk and one cut ahead of them, and reaches their Prime in about seven to eight months on average. Somebody starting above 20% body fat goes straight to the cut and the climb back after it, and takes about twelve months on average. Those are averages for the whole journey, not a schedule: each step ends when your weight trend goes flat, not when a timer says so, so yours can run shorter or longer.
The first 14 days are free and ask for no card. After that it is a subscription, and the price is shown before you buy.
Nothing resets. Navi reads the trend across all your weigh-ins rather than any single day, so a missed morning, travelling or without a scale, only means it waits for a few more points before your next step. Aim for most mornings: about four weigh-ins a week keeps your next step on time. Weigh yourself the same way each time, after the toilet and before breakfast.
Nothing resets, and a day you did not confirm is never counted against you: Navi does not guess what you ate, it simply leaves that day out. A missed confirmation never holds your next step back either. Once at least 10 of your last 14 days are confirmed, Navi also checks that your two-week average of calories, macros and steps is on plan before moving you on, because a flat scale only means a step is done if you were eating to plan. With fewer, Navi decides on your weight trend alone, without knowing whether a flat scale came from the step or from the food, and it cannot fine-tune your calories as you go. So aim to close about five days a week by confirming each meal; a meal you swapped or skipped counts as soon as you mark it so.
Update them whenever they change and Navi re-derives your targets from the new numbers. It is built to be corrected: a new measurement, a desk job that became an active one, an injury that changed your week. Nothing has to be re-entered from scratch.
Put Navi on holiday mode. Your plan, your history and where you are on the road are kept, and you pick up from there rather than starting again. The same is true if you simply stop logging for a while: Navi waits, then re-reads the trend when you come back.
Almost certainly. The catalogue is over a million products from Open Food Facts and the USDA database, with the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the US all loaded, and you can scan a barcode in the shop. If something is missing you can add it once and it is yours from then on.
Premium is the app for your own training, and it is what almost everyone wants. Pro is built for coaches and personal trainers: it keeps everything in Premium and adds a client roster on top, so the people you coach sit beside your own plan. Pro costs more, and both prices are shown in the store before you choose.
No. Navimum coaches everyday eating and training, and nothing it shows is a diagnosis or a treatment. If a health condition shapes what you can eat, speak to your doctor or dietitian first and let their advice set the plan.
iPhone and Android. Your step count can come from your phone's own health app if you connect it, and you can always type it in instead.
No to both. There is no advertising anywhere in the app, we do not sell anything about you to anyone, and nothing leaves Navimum. Usage analytics are off until you say yes, we never ask before the app has done something for you, and even then it is which screens you open, never your meals, your weight or your messages.
